2016.
01. Resettlement of 32 Families Phembani Group/Glencore.
Facilitated the resettlement of 32 families, which included managing the construction of the new homes, and the formation of a CPA, communal property association, for the resettled families
2018.
02. Social Impact Study Exxaro Belfast Coal.
We assessed the extent in which the closure of the North Bloc Complex mine would impact on the socio-economic conditions of the local community (Emakhazeni). We recommended two flagship projects which would address the negative consequences of the closure.
03. Community Satisfaction Survey Lonmin Mine.
To examine community satisfaction levels of Madibeng/Rustenberg Community, on behalf of Lonmin Mine.
04. Social Impact Of Mine Closure Lonmin Mine.
We undertook an impact assessment of the Lonmin Mine in Rustenburg, in Lieu of handover to Sibanye Coal. In addition to the assessment, we conducted a survey in the SLP covered areas-8 Villages. Budget R2.5 M

We facilitated the training of 38 unemployed members of the community.
