About us.
Black Apple Investments boasts extensive experience across the mining sector, having worked with industry leading clients such as Exxaro and Lonmin. Our service offering is adaptable for infrastructure programmes in other industries and the public sector. Our strategy is centred around our mantra, in which we make it a point to position ourselves within legitimate local community structures. We also work alongside political structures, mainly ward committees, NGOs and Business Forums.
Akhani Recruitment.
A one of its kind, the Akhani Recruitment application does not only address unemployment, it also addresses issues around local procurement.
Akhani Recruitment provides a fair and transparent recruitment and vendor verification process and is currently utilized at three of Exxaro’s Mega Projects for the past four years to date.
It focuses on database management and recruitment preparation. Its objectives are as follows:
- To develop an independent and verified employment database
- To recruit employees on an ongoing basis as required by contractors.
- To provide a transparent and fair recruitment process through our random selection (of local candidates) function on the application.
- To develop an independent and verified vendor database.
